Charity Sponsorship Rewards

As part of Charterhouse Partnership’s ongoing social awareness and international community support they have developed a unique in-house reward system that benefits those in less privileged situations.

Female Consultants who meet quarterly performance targets at Charterhouse receive the gift of giving. Charterhouse reward Consultants with the sponsorship of a ‘sister’ through the Women for Women international charity.

Thousands of women around the world are experiencing war, violence and poverty in ways some of us could never imagine. Like us, these women want to send their children to school. They want to make sure that their families have enough to eat and are safe from harm. Like us, they want to feel respected and valued. What separates us is that they have survived the horrors of war and violence. Charterhouse Partnership, along with Women for Women International are now giving women survivors of war the tools and resources they need to reclaim their lives and rebuild their communities.

Charterhouse’ Consultants now sponsor women in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo. They will be able to correspond with their sponsored ‘sisters’ to offer a support network, general tools within the community and some country specific programs including, for example, literacy training in Kosovo and infant care classes in Afghanistan.

Clients and Candidates of Charterhouse who contributed to the success of their Consultants also contribute to the success of the sponsorship. All parties are not only rewarded by a successful recruitment outcome, but also by the part they played and continue to play in giving back to the international community.
